What should I do if I can't report my TM30 online after moving from Bangkok to Samui?

Just got out of quarantine and tried to report my TM30 that I arrived at my condo in Bangkok on both the immigration extranet and the Section38 app, and got errors connecting (yes, I previously registered as a house owner with login credentials.) It seems from searching the FB groups that they've been down for quite a few days. I'm only in Bangkok for 2 days then off to Samui to my villa so the next few months. Worried that even if it works when I get to Samui, there will be a gap in the system between my hotel checkout and the day I report I arrive in Samui. Is there really no better option than for me to go to Immigration in Bangkok to file it physically? Or can I just ignore it until the system comes back online?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After completing quarantine in Bangkok, the user faced issues reporting their TM30 arrival at their condo due to connection errors with the immigration online system, which has been down for several days. They're concerned about potential gaps in reporting as they plan to move to their villa in Samui shortly after. Commenters indicate that if currently in a hotel, it should handle TM30 reporting, and suggest either waiting for the online system to be fixed or filing in-person at their new location in Samui if needed. Overall, clarity is provided from past experiences of others who didn't face penalties for gaps in online reporting.

they won't care at all,

If the online system isn't up when you get to your place in Samui just go file a TM30 in person there and you'll be fine..

if possible try to get the ASQ hotel to give you a copy of the TM 30 they submitted for you.

Can’t report online as it’s down. I thought you only had to register once for TM30 now when you first arrive and it doesn’t matter if you move between addresses in thailand, In which case the hotel would have done for you.

I think that's only true when you arrive at your own residence and don't change provinces. Don't know if it applies when your first report is by a hotel. Always just came to my condo immediately in the past when I get into Thailand. First time ever of having a hotel report first due to the quarantine so not sure what to do.

Sorry should have been more clear, everyone. I am at my condo in Bangkok now out of quarantine and previously normally reported myself as I have an login account at immigration as landlord of the property. I have always reported myself here every time in the past whenever I come to the condo. I then go to my villa in Samui and also would report at that address as I have accounts at immigration for both location and report the charges accordingly when I go from one address to the other. I've edited my post to be more clear.

TM 30 - If you go to a hotel after quarantine and they report it for you .

Do you have to stay the full 15 nights there ?

Thank you very much .

I went from quarantine hotel to my Bangkok condo today. I had registered as landlord at my condo and normally report myself when I arrive.

@Pui ****
you didn't file a TM30 online because the system is down, SO if you're going to file one you're going to slog out to the Muang Thong Thani immigration office and file one in person

@Kev *******
the hotel will report you automatically. You are free to spend as little days as you want in any location once you get out of quarantine. Ask your local government for any restrictions they may have.

no requirement to stay a certain amount of time after ASQ. You're free after your quarantine.

I didn't consider that!

Peter Weedall. Hotel also reports checkout date, so there would be a gap, but I think for two days it wouldn't matter

What I was wondering as well. Else check in to standard one and make them report for you.
