I wanted to extend my TR60 visa and in the Nonthaburi Immigration, they also wanted to see the TM.30 paper. I did not have this paper because the TM.30 was done online. But the department for visa extension did not want to look into that computer system with the TM.30. 

Also, it was necessary to make a photo for 100 baht which was printed and glued to the application. Later, they placed me in front of a webcam to have my photo also in the computer !?!?

The last time I went with a TM30 form and ID copy at the immigration, they told me they don't need it anymore. They just asked the house registration and the ID card of the house owner and entered the data in their computer.

I think you have it wrong, it's NOT that they didn't want to look up that you had filed a TM30 online.

It's that they COULDN'T do it because the whole TM30/TM47 system (websites and mobile aps) have been down for 2 weeks now.

Even immigrations can't access their side to check information right now.

Just one bit of advice always take screen shots of your TM 30 when done online.

ok but in reality there is no relation between visa and tm.30. you don't need a tm.30 for visa.

No but you can be fined for not having TM 30 and that usually gets discovered when you want to extend visa. They messed up my TM 30 and wanted to fine me when i went for marriage extension but i had screenshots of everything and they then kept quiet and obviously no fine.
