I have a current extension of stay on a Non "O" Retirement visa. I am in Bangkok have a 12 month condo lease. The online App shows my status as current. I have not stayed anywhere other than my registered address, travelled out of province or out of Thailand since getting my current extension which expires 25 March 2020. I have lost my last TM30 receipt and will need one for my extension application in March. I plan on making the CW trip a couple weeks earlier than the expiration date. But will getting a replacement be a huge issue. Or should I just refile a new one online? Landlady is not being overly understanding of the predicament.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on what to do after losing the TM30 receipt, crucial for their visa extension application. Comments suggest that losing the TM30 slip won't hinder the extension process, as the TM30 information is likely stored in the immigration system. However, filing a new TM30 might be necessary, and it is recommended to self-file and obtain a new receipt.

When you messaged me about this yesterday I told you that you can't file online (as you haven't even applied to be able to use the online Tm30 system) and instead to search this group for the post I did on how to self file a TM30.
Unfortunately, you aren't gonna get an extension without proof you have filed a TM30 (meaning you need the receipt).
Take your lease and go self file, take the 800baht report chalk it up to experience and KEEP the receipt.
Be thankful that the bangkok immigration office doesn't require you to file a new TM30 for in country travel only when you come back from abroad (and have a new arrival date and departure card number.
I would not worry overly much, a missing TM30 does not lead to a refusal of your next extension in March. You pay a fine and that's what is to it. And I suspect, since you made the reporting in October 2019, your TM30 info is correctly saved in their system, so if you lost the paper slip, it is not a big deal. Just show them the rental contract again, if you get asked for it
I don't know if it can be useful, but in my last extension made in October last year, I was not asked for the tm30, but only the rental contract. same extension over 50. Bangkok immigration
