What should I do if my landlord hasn't registered my TM30 and I can't search it online?
Hi everyone, I have a question regarding TM30. So, the landlord where I'm staying at didn't register me for the TM30, and she asked me to do it by myself. However, when I tried to search the TM30 which I already submit it, it said "Search only the notification period not exceeding 7 days apart." Does anyone know what to do? or I just have to go to the immigration to resolve this issue? thank you.
Answer summary
The user is facing an issue with their TM30 registration, as their landlord did not register them. When they attempted to search for their TM30 submission, they encountered a system limitation that restricts searches to notifications no more than 7 days apart. Other users in the comments suggested methods to effectively search the database by entering dates within that 7-day limit, which ultimately helped the user find the information they needed.

Put in date of day before you filed and 6 days later works for me

You can only search the database between two sets of dates not more than 7 days apart. If you know approximately the date you filed it search dates around then.
