Landlord tried to register himself on line on Monday, he has not received confirmation email of successful registration yet? Should I try again for him or wait longer?

Have him go back in to the TM30 system and check the status of his application

You need to GO file a TM30. Just applying to use the system does nothing as far as you actually filing a TM30
