Hi, I am trying to do my 90 day report online. It expires on August 8th. The website doesn't seem to be working properly especially when I try to input my nationality (Canadian) Anybody else having challenges with the website?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing difficulties with the online submission of their 90-day immigration report due to the nationalities list not appearing on the immigration website. Several commenters report similar issues, providing suggestions such as using different web browsers, ensuring pop-ups are allowed, avoiding autofill, and other troubleshooting tips. Others share successful experiences using various browsers and emphasizing the importance of manual entry over autofill features.

On phone I see. What browser? On the laptop it's still a no go with the nationalities.

you need to have pop up blocker, auto fill & auto translate shut off

I did all that. Still nothing.

The app worked this time though, so that will hopefully do 🤷‍♀️

Otherwise it was a trip to the new Koh Tao immigration, but I won’t have the “pleasure” this time if the app report gets approved 😁

Thank you!

thank you. Also not working for me 😅 Not pressing the little magnifying glass or typing in the field. I have been doing it online for 3 years… Life’s mysteries.

I’ll keep trying.

Same problem here. I have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox, but the list of nationalities doesn't show up in any of them, so I can't choose one and I can't submit. I will train again later / tomorrow.

Try using Google Chrome. Also, the phone app doesn't work and never has.

Don't allow the site to autofill your saved information. Type all of it in yourself. When it auto fills, it won't work.

The only autofill you will need to do is choosing your home country, Thai district and city. Hopefully, that will work for you. We've done it multiple times.

555....I'm Canadian too and same due date. Mine went through yesterday after several attempts. I used Opera OS. Ensure you "Allow" pop-ups. I believe this is the last day the system will allow you report.

P.S. I had problems with entering nationality as well. List of nationalities would not appear.

I just tried it, and it seems to work for me (but I didn't submit a 90 day report). Have you gone through my basic troubleshooting techniques yet?

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.
