TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties with the online submission of their 90-day immigration report in Thailand and is inquiring if others have the same issue. Comments suggest potential solutions such as trying a different browser or device, ensuring the user has completed an in-person report first, and checking if the user is within the correct reporting time frame.

Did you do a 90 day report in person? Did you leave the country or get new passport? Are you within the window of 15 days to 7 days before due date?

my wife was told I can do the 90 day report online after 90 days returning from the USA as well via Chaengwattana (Bangkok) as well

Okay, but not knowing where you are and knowing that more and more Immigration Offices want you to update the information I made that statement. So making a post, it seems handy to give also the information where you stay.

, with all due respect I do not believe if you report to Chaengwattana (Bangkok) you need to update your TM 6 at the Immigration office. I go to the USA every year and return and do the 90 day report online and update my TM 6 number online doing the report. I have never had a problem doing it that way. I report to Chaengwattana also, as Melanie does.

Yes, that means the day of entry is your day number 1 and you have to start from that day, also need to update the database with the new TM 6 number by visiting your Immigration Office.

yes .. left the country . Does that negate it ?

You must first report "in person" in order to be in the system, but not all Immigration offices allow for online reporting, so in which city are you?

Try a different browser your using also try on a computer not cellphone or tablet. A friend of mine tried doing a reentry permit and he was having issues also .
