What should I do if I have trouble submitting my online 90-day report in Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTER
been trying to do my online 90 day report but it seems their server keeps freezing on me.... I have gotten as far as the captcha image and hit submit. I have been having problems with the nationality dropdown not opening too.

Are Sundays a bad day? Is using autofill rather than fully manual entry a problem as with some banks and others?

If the server received the data, how long before one gets some kind of feedback?
