Anyone have problems with online 90 day report recently? I have been using it for 2 years no problem, but today after putting in the CAPTCHA or whatever it's called, it just brings me to a blank screen and doesn't confirm that anything has been submitted.

pop-up blockers are activated on what ever browser you're using, :/

If after you enter the CAPTCHA you can't get the second screen for the visa type, address, etc that is usually the reason.

Safari and Chrome for Mac seem to cause problems too.
