How can I resolve issues with the COE online application form for Thailand?
Hi guys, I’m trying to apply for the COE and having issues with the online form.
It keeps saying I need to attach a copy of my passport but I have uploaded a photo of it as a jpeg, plus tried a pdf and had the same error message.
I’m applying from the UK and we have our TR visa.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve? I’ve tried many file formats and made sure none are too big.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks 🙏🏻

Users in the comments provided insights, such as the importance of clicking the upload button, file size limitations, and trying different browsers like Google Chrome. The user eventually resolved the issue by realizing they had not pressed the upload button after attaching the file.

When you Attach passport copy. People forget to hit the Upload Button. That’s the reason for this error.

Have you pressed the upload button, it's like an arrow pointing upwards i think, same as when you applied for the visa.
