My first and second registration for COE was successful.

Now I should receive a mail when i can pick up my visum.

Instead I received a mail that I need to upload my visum.

I don’t know what the problem is, because my application for COE contains the application for visum.

I don’t have much time left since my flight is on the 6th february.

Answer summary

The user successfully registered for the Certificate of Entry (COE) but received a confusing request to upload their visa instead of instructions on picking it up. Other community members discussed the typical process where visas should be received before applying for the COE and noted potential misunderstandings based on regional practices. One user pointed out that visas can't typically be uploaded and must be physically stamped in the passport. Ultimately, the original poster identified the mistake in their application process.

Im pretty sure you cant upload your visa. It needs to be stuck in your passport with an official seal.

generally, first you get visa, then on the basis of it, you get COE.

only embassy in Italy was reported on opposite direction workflow, and I believe, it was a case of misunderstanding
