What should I do if my wife cannot provide proof of reported stay for my Non-O visa appointment in Thailand?

Dear All,

I am recently arrived in Bangkok on an extended visa for Non-o married to a Thai. I have an appointment in 45 days to formalize my extended stay on non-o. Among the forms required is proof of entry which used to be the T30 form no longer in use. My wife as the landlord of our home has reported my staying in our house but cannot print a copy of this filing from the web page. Anyone else have this problem? Will my stamped passport be sufficient for the appointment. Does my wife need to worry about being fined for reporting my stay if she cannot prove? Any advise will be helpful as the site is ambiguous.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual has arrived in Bangkok on a Non-O visa as a spouse of a Thai citizen and seeks advice on providing proof of stay for an upcoming immigration appointment. They mention the obsolete nature of the T30 form for this purpose and express concern about whether their stamped passport will suffice. Commenters suggest methods to obtain a TM30 receipt and clarify that the TM30 is not the proof of entry; rather, the TM6 form is sufficient, and immigration is aware of the current circumstances regarding these forms.

Thank you. It does appear to be the only solution. Unfortunately my wife did not do this when she reported as she was kicked off the site before she could but at least I have a way to get it done. Many thanks

she can just log back IN to the TM30 site, search for the infomation she had saved (if she saved it) and then take a screen grab of that.

Worst case you go file a TM30 late at the immigration office in person and take the fine of 800 baht (it's 1600 but they usually halve it)

TM30 was never a proof of entry. That was the TM6 and it's currently suspended for air arrival. Immigration is well aware and it's not required if you don't have it.

You need to make a screen capture from the search function on TM30/Section 38 online system, then print this capture out on a piece of paper. That is your TM30 receipt. When they ask TM30 receipt, you need the one on paper.

If she does it on the web browser, the middle one of the attached graphic is what you want.
