What documents can I provide to Thai immigration if my landlord does not have the blue book for my condo renewal of Non-O visa based on marriage?

Hi am in need of advice. I will be renewing my Non O based on marriage. One of the requirements is the residence (blue book). I am renting a condo and the landlord mentioned he does not have the blue book because apparently, condos don't have that.

In the absence of said blue book, what can I show to Thai immigration? Any insight much appreciated!

Kind of depends what immigration office. The image is from the requirements in Phuket. In Phang Nga, if landlord is foreigner wil ned copy of passport, blue/yellow book And coy of work permit.

Copy tabien baan (blue Housebook) where the Thai wife is registered, it does not have to be your rented condo. Two pages must be copied, but your wife should know which one.

Condos have blue books, and your land lord is feeding you a line of sh*t ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Now if he's a foreigner the blue book will be empty (as in not have his name in it), and you could instead show a copy of the chanote (title deed) and his passport.

If he's thai there is definitely a blue book to that condo with the owners name in it

Keep in mind there is no official requirement that you provide the resident blue book.

There is however a requirement that you show a TM30 receipt (that you or the land lord filed) and your lease.

I think you got your wires crossed. The blue book they are referring to is the wife's bluebook.
