I remember seeing videos online talking about it and mixed info! Could you please explain to me what i should do, and what are my next steps! I read that the landlorn should file it within 24 hours of me moving in and give me a receipt to show to immigration if asked! But i didn't receive anything! Please explain to.me the process! TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 is a notification that your landlord must file regarding your accommodation within 24 hours of your move-in date. Since you have not received a receipt from your landlord confirming the filing, it is essential to ask them if they completed this process. While being late in filing is generally not seen as a severe issue, it's advised to follow the law and obtain proof that the TM30 report has been made. This report is necessary for other immigration matters, such as obtaining a Thai driving license. Mixed reports exist about the necessity of the receipt, but it's best to stay compliant with all regulations regarding your residency.

I dont see where you need the receipt... last time i did 90day report i had it, but i had to do all the same stuff like 4years for now anyway, it didnt change anything... i thought i could skip the residency certificate with the receipt but no... still had to have my lease and everything with me like before without the receipt
