Hello friends. Want to share my experience today @immigration Khorat. Everybody super friendly as usual when I did my 90 days. I asked for the TM 30 regulation. They said to go to the main building where the visa are done. I was informed that "from now on" the landlord (wife) has to do it within 24 h. after returning from ANOTHER PROVINCE. I said that she has never done it in more than 10 years. No prob, they said, "from now on" everybody must do it. They even have an extra TM30 counter. 2 officers dedicated for it. Info is being entered in the database and a printout is created that is stapled into the passport just as the 90 day registration. I was informed that "from now on" it will be checked when doing the 90 day and the visa. Just wanted to let you guys know.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their recent experience at the immigration office in Khorat regarding the TM30 regulation, which mandates that landlords must report a tenant's return from another province within 24 hours. This update seemed to be a new enforcement as they mentioned it hadn't been a requirement for over 10 years. The immigration officers noted the presence of a dedicated TM30 counter and indicated that compliance with this regulation will be checked during future 90-day reporting and visa applications.
