It is the first time for me to use the online 90 days report.
I would like to confirm the attached picture meaning the process have completely done ?
Do I need to wait for any final approval?
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether their online 90-day report application in Thailand, which shows as approved, is fully completed, or if any final approval is needed. According to the comments, while the application has been approved, users must still retrieve their official receipt from the system and print it, along with confirming there are no issues with their application.
go back into the system and LOOK at the rejected application. They usually write comments in the Remarks section at the bottom of it
See if it says anything

Sorry about that.. It definitely means you have to go in person. If they'd just "not approved" it you could have tried again, BUT the rejected status means you're done this time online and need to go file in person.
Your application to file a 90 day report online was approved BUT you're not done yet.
Go back into the system, select the green check status tab, enter either that TM # (by the bar code) or select the personal information tab and enter your passport, DOB and nationality. when you see the approved report click the magnifying glass and view it then select "Next Appointment Print". That will bring up the 90 day report receipt like you get from immigrations and have your next 90 day due date on it. Print that and keep it in your passport
