Is there an FAQ somewhere on this page? I'm looking for a checklist of sorts which details which I need to do once I have the DTV, e.g. 90 day reporting, border runs, TM30 etc.
Also, I plan to take a hybrid remote job in Singapore which would likely require me to commute between Bangkok and Singapore regularly - am I likely to encouter any issues with such frequent border crossings at immigration? Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking an FAQ or checklist about post-DTV requirements, including 90-day reporting and TM30 notifications. They also inquire about potential issues related to frequent border crossings between Bangkok and Singapore due to a hybrid remote job. Responses indicate that the DTV allows for multiple entries, making frequent travel manageable, and clarify that 90-day reporting may not be necessary in their situation.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

The travel between Singapore and Bangkok should be no issue. I often did it 10+ times a year on visa exempt when working in Singapore covering the region. .You will not need border runs or extension as you will get a new 180 days stamp each trip. If the trips are regular no need for 90 day reporting. TM30 re-reporting would depend on location - some offices want it after every trip while others do not bother if returning to same address.
DTV is multi entry, come and go as you often as you please. Others work between Thailand and elsewhere with no probs. Someone posted recently all the requirements needed post DTV issue. It should be in the threads.
