Hi, did not want to start another post abt this as it was part of my previous post but comments have been locked... Somehow managed to get the property owner to file for TM.30. It's their first time so not sure if they are missing smthg and if the receipt is what it should be. This is what they are sending me after filing it electronically. I am going to MTT tmrw so would like to be sure this is abt right and not run the risk to be asked to come back with a proper TM.30 (which I believe is the only "exotic" doc I need for covid extension? even tho probably not asked)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user managed to have the property owner file for a TM.30, which is a necessary document for expats in Thailand related to their stay. They received a screen confirmation as a TM30 receipt and are seeking reassurance about its validity. Comments confirm that this receipt is acceptable and provide a sense of security regarding its importance for obtaining a COVID extension. Additionally, feedback from other users suggests that while the TM.30 was not specifically requested for the extension, having it can provide peace of mind.

That is the screen you need to print out as TM30 receipt.
