TLDR : Answer Summary
When arriving in Thailand and staying at your fiancé's house, you need to register for TM 30 within 24 hours. You should bring a copy of your passport and entry stamp, signed by you. Your fiancé must provide her blue book and ID card, both signed by her. It's advisable to have your fiancé accompany you during the registration process, and she can also register you online for convenience.

My wife and I, I am on a visa exempt, pop up to the local immigration of office. Hands over my passport and her ID card. 10 minutes later leave with a white notification slip inside my passport.

Get your fiancée to register online and then you can do it online every time

Copy of her blue book , and her id . Both with her signature. If the visa is still running , i think nothing else. But they will tell you anyway if something missing. Bring your fiance' with you, better.
