Hello all, I hold a retirement visa with multiple entry. I have been successfully reporting every 90 days online. However, I left Thailand for a trip to the USA in September for 2 weeks. Did I trigger some additional reporting requirement by leaving and returning to Thailand? If so, can I comply with Immigration reporting requirements by always staying the first night after a trip in a hotel? Or possibly comply by notifying the juristic person in the condo where I rent? Many thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding a multiple-entry retirement visa, inquires about additional reporting requirements following a trip to the USA. They have been reporting their presence online every 90 days but seek clarification on whether leaving Thailand triggers new obligations. Comments indicate that a TM30 form should be submitted to report the correct address after returning, especially if staying in a hotel. It is also noted that the 90-day reporting must still be counted from the re-entry date.

You better submit TM30 with your 'right' address where you live as seeing you travel out of Thailand AND staying at the hotel after.
Some offices require you to submit TM30 again after international travel. Also, some require when you stay at a hotel (when you have a TM30 record with a different address from your extension).
Additional: you need to count 89 days from the date of arrival as day 1 on your own and ignore the auto-send email notification.
