TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the requirements for the 90-day report when exiting Thailand on a Non-OA visa with a re-entry permit and returning just before the visa's expiration to apply for a one-year extension. It was clarified that since the user was not in the country for a continuous 90 days, there are no 90-day reporting requirements. Additionally, it's advised to file a new TM30 form upon re-entry to ensure all information is current for the extension application.

There are none, you're not IN the country for 90 continuous days to have had to file one
Although as I said, you should file a NEW TM30 when you come back into the country, so it's current (with your entry stamp) when you apply for the extension
