What do I need for my first 90-day report as a Non-O visa holder in Thailand, and can I register for online reporting?

Was at Jomtien Immigration yesterday to close the loop of my first Non-O one-year extension. Used the Q-Que app to book a time so there was zero waiting time when I arrived at 10.00am :)

Not many people anyway so even without booking I guess not much waiting. As I am getting old so totally forgot to the multi-entry after I got the Non-O so will have to go back next week.

However, I have few questions, when I am going to do the first 90 days reporting in February 2021 I like to do it online but was told by immigration support in the front desk that I would not be able to register for that as it was not possible at the moment.

As far as I remember you need to register for that at immigration by bringing your blue-book of your house. I did not have much time yesterday so did not question his answer as I normally would do but just left in a hurry.

Now when I think about it he might have thought I was asking to do the 90 days reporting now instead of in February 2021 and not understanding I was asking about how to register.

(His English was not the best so he might have misunderstood me)

So,

Question 1: Is it possible to register for this service at the moment?

Question 2: What do I need to bring? Blue-book only?

PS: I also tried to register on the app "Immigration e-services Thailand" but as expected this app is not working as they have a bug in the drop-down menus used to selected nationality. 555 Welcome to Thailand :)

Hope someone can clarify this for me. Thanks

And big thanks to the admins for doing a fantastic service :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user recently visited Jomtien Immigration for their first Non-O one-year extension and has queries about the upcoming 90-day reporting. They are unsure about registering for online reporting and what documentation is needed. The comments indicate that the first 90-day report must be done in person with a completed TM47 form and passport; after that, online reporting is available. No registration is necessary for 90-day reporting itself.

There is no "register" for the 90 day reporting, you just show up on the date your 90 day report is due with a filled out TM47 (90 day report form) and your passport.

They'll give you a receipt that tells you when your next 90 day report is due and you should be able to use the online portal from 15 days before down until the due date on that report to file online.
