I have a question ?I just came back to Thailand today. I have a non “O” married to a Thai visa . I flew from Thailand in December I would of had to do my 90 days report at the end of January . Do I still do the 90 days at the end of January or does the 90 days start over when I came back to Thailand? My wife told me it starts over but I want to make sure she is right I don’t want to have to pay a fine for doing the 90 days late .

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you return to Thailand on a Non-O visa, your 90-day reporting requirement does not reset; it continues from your last reporting date. Therefore, you should still report by the end of January as originally required. Additionally, if you own property, you may need to submit the TM30 form at the immigration office.

Just to add to this. If you live in your own property you may still have to visit immigration with the TM30 form.

Similar to me. It really depends on your immigration office. Mine used to be fine with bringing the TM30 with my next 90 day report but when I came back 2 weeks ago they required it within 24 hours of arriving in Thailand. They informed me when I made my re-entry permit there to not forget to come in with it. It's really down to the property owner to go to them with it.

It starts from the day you arrive at the airport.
