So here we go ! See how many conflicting answers we can muster !

I am on a non o visa based on visiting family (married to a thai national ) my application for 1 year extension is under consideration , immigration police have done their visit . My non o expires on the 22nd Feb but my return visit for collection of 1 year extension is dated in passport 21 March . Should I do 90 day report at immigration on 22 nd of Feb (90 days ) or wait til 21 March ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion focuses on whether to file a 90-day report for a Non-O visa upon its expiration or wait until the date of collecting a 1-year extension. Multiple comments suggest that no report is necessary until the extension process is complete, as the 90-day report requirement starts from the date of the new extension.

You've already done your report to immigration by applying for a 12 month extension. Your Non O is irrelevant now you are under consideration.

No need to do a report on the initial 90 day Non-O visa. Immigration should put a note in your passport with the date you are required to do a 90 day report, they may have done so already but more likely when you go to get the remainder of your 12 month extension stamped in your passport

You do not do a 90 day report while on a Non-O 90 day stamp, it will start as day 1 of your 12 month extension
