Can anyone recommend a visa service that keeps up to date on Non O visa requirements. The current service I hired has completely screwed my application for the Non O immigrant visa with incorrect financial and banking information provided to me.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks recommendations for a visa service that is knowledgeable about Non-O visa requirements after experiencing issues with their current service. Comments suggest alternatives such as applying directly through immigration offices, self-managing the application process, and contacting specific visa services like Maneerat. Some respondents emphasize that the immigration policies vary by location and that applicants should confirm requirements with their local immigration office.

Unfortunately, I had moved the 800,000 baht to Wise, based on what agent said and evidently that is no longer accepted. I’m applying for the Non O from home country, so Thai embassy in USA rejected since they now state you must have $30,000 in either checking or savings, not a combination of the two, and the 30,000 has to be end of month balance for 3 months straight (which I would have had if I hadn’t moved to Wise).
transfer the 800,000 back to your home bank account! Then apply for the visa, again, through the E-Visa online system in the USA. Because the three months bank statements maybe get accepted if the updated account net is more than 800,000 THB equivalent at the date of application, and the 3-mon ths statements are proof enough that you held that required sum over a long time
if you are currently in Thailand you can't apply via any consulate in the USA. You can only apply at an immigration office inside Thailand and for that you must have the 800k baht in a Thai bank, its never been acceptable for it to be in a Wise account. If you don't have a bank account in Thailand the simplest thing for you to do is to leave to a nearby country and apply for a 90 day Non-O visa there using 800k in your home bank (Wise is not a bank), return to Thailand and open a bank account, transfer in 800k baht and once its been there for 2 months apply for the 12 month extension of stay
you have a thai bank account and moved your money 800,000 Thb to Thai bank account through wise? and this is not accepted? even you have 800,000 Thb in your thai bank account?
Oh I understand now. You may have put your THB 800,000 into your wise account? right? Wise is not an official financial institute. They are just foreign currency traders. Probably not accepted by Thai immigration. What about you can open a THB account in your home bank? and transfer it to your Thb account? and show this as proof? It might take times at least two or three month to keep before showing.
Wise is a financial institution with a bank in Australia called the Wise Bank. It is an office you cannot get money from a registrar but it is registered as a bank. I don't know about other countries
Every immigration office in Thailand has their own policies. The only place to get the true information will be the immigration office in your province. The information from any other office may not be applicable to you.
a call or text ,they wil provide the all the steps /requirement for yr stress free visa.

The non- O Visa has to be applied for from outside the country I believe. I submitted an application a few days ago via the website. They wrote back and asked for proof of US$2000 a month income even though I had shown them I had the equivalent of ฿800,000 in my bank. It took me two tries to figure out what they were talking about because of I guess the difficulty of translating what they were trying to say.

like Graham Seal wrote Go it immigration and get their list of requirements and do it yourself. 1900 baht later, you'll walk out with a sense of achievement. It's really not that hard. I once remember reading a post which said, even a caveman could do it.
