Hi guys

My 3rd non O (marriage) visa will be expired end of June. Unfortunately I cant show 400k in the bank (may be show that amount money less than 3 month, or little less)

I can extend 60 days without leaving country.

And end of August my problem will be start I am not sure at that time my money enough for applying visa. As I know I have to keep that money 3 months

Any suggestions how can I get one year visa

Or

Get one year visa every 90 days go out from country?

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on renewing their Non-O (marriage) visa in Thailand, as they cannot demonstrate the required 400,000 THB in a bank account for the needed duration. Suggestions in the comments include the possibility of a shorter requirement of 2 months, utilizing a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV), applying at a Thai consulate in another country, or consulting a visa broker for assistance with the financial requirements.

Did you try talking to a visa broker? It may cost you something but they may have a way to help you with the insufficient funds issue.

I believe that you are able to get a Non-Immigrant O, Multiple Entry, one year (Marriage) visa in Ho Chi Minh City and across the bridge from Mukdahan at the Thai Consulate in Laos without showing money, unless that has changed.

I will check

METV in your home country (if eligible) would give you potentially 9 months exiting every 90 days.

That only requires proof of 7 thousand dollars over a 6 month period

How much need in a Bank for retirement Visa ?
Steven ***************
And I believe the 800k must remain in your account the full 12 months. I would suggest staying / continuing on a spouse extension if you are already on one. Less financial requirement.

@Dibyandu ***********
. Visa it depends on the thai consulate in your country. An extension of a retirement visa once you are here is a different thing

Its 2 months in bank , not 3 months , for a spouse Visa yearly extension. 2 months in your account prior to applying and it needs to stay there for an extra month during the 30 days "under consideration" period. Once you collect your stamp 30 days after you apply, you can do whatever you want with the money.

Also if you and your wife make at least
*****
a month you can apply without showing money. As longs as its stable per month. Cash flow etc.

Don't you think it's a bit silly that if a female married a Thai then they don't need money at all. You can use an agent for
*****
baht to do it for you. No need to show
