I have an Non-O visa with a multiple entry stamp not due for renewal until March 2023. 

If I vacation in the US and come back December 30, 2022 does my extension get reset to December 2023, or do i still renew in March. I do have 3million thb medical insurance if that matters with an non-O.

Are you sure it’s a Non O and not the Non OA which is multiple entry and needs insurance.
