TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on renewing a Non-O multiple entry visa and whether a re-entry permit is needed for a visa run. Comments suggest that the user can simply exit Thailand and re-enter from a neighboring country to receive another 90 days on their visa without needing a re-entry permit.

All you need to do is exit Thailand, enter a second country, turn around an enter Thailand. That will give you another 90 days. You do not want/need a re-entry permit as you have a multi-entry visa.
