If you mean visa exempt it's 30 days on entry, and extendable by a further 30 days once you're in Thailand. There's no plans for 60 day exempt. The only short term concessions are those shown here
I did it last year My wife did everything if you have any questions we would be happy to give you any guidelines like I said we missed a few things and they emailed us back.
Yes there is a form online but it's quite extensive You have a lot of documents to add to this form photos itinerary address relationship It is pretty self-explanatory take your time we missed a few things but we have a few weeks to go.
