So you're eligible if you're unable to travel because of Covid-19 situation AND, as Stuart wrote, it's always at the discretion of the Immigration Officer.

If you entered on a visa exempt or tourist visa and you have already had your normal 30 day extension then you may be able to apply for the covid 60 day extension until Friday.

It’s at the discretion of your immigration officer as to whether they will allow.

if you've had any kind of non imm extension or visa or visa on arrival or not used your initial 30 day extension then you are not eligible for the 60 day COVID extension
