Apologies but not exactly visa advice but wondering if a TM30/TM28 needs to be submitted if returning from 2 weeks overseas and no change of address in Thailand for last 2 years.

Thought this same address would be covered on arrival card.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When returning to Thailand after being overseas for two weeks, it is necessary to submit a TM30 within 24 hours of arrival, even if there is no change of address and you have been residing at the same location for the last two years. The TM30 form is used for reporting foreigners staying at a specific address, and while the immigration officer checks your passport upon arrival, filing the TM30 remains a requirement.

a Foreigner has to be reported within 24 hours after arriving at an address. The Immigration Officer at the airport only check your passport and stamp you for a period to stay inside Thailand. If you have any additional questions look in the populair topics TM 30 address registration for answers or just ask your Immigration Office as there are slight differences in enforcement between the 70+ offices nation wide
