TLDR : Answer Summary
When you return to Thailand as a non-Thai national, it is required to file a TM30 report within 24 hours of arrival, regardless of whether your personal details or address have remained the same. This applies to all non-Thai nationals re-entering the country.

Thank you Paul and Biff for the correct answer. YES...file a TM30 within 24 hours of returning to Thailand.

I'm in a similar situation and I certainly intend to file a TM30.

When any non Thai national enters the country a TM30 is required within 24 hours of their arrival at any address. So, yes.
