Do I need to file a TM30 report when returning to Thailand with a retirement visa?

Maybe someone can help me I have a retirement visa left five months ago coming back next month have same address everything hasn’t changed do I need to fill out a TM 30 report when I arrived

When any non Thai national enters the country a TM30 is required within 24 hours of their arrival at any address. So, yes.
