Is the online 90-day check-in process in Thailand now instant?

It's been almost immediately in the last year for me. Usually just 1day . In the past it has taken about 3 to 4 days.

Is the report ready to print out??

The online 90 day reporting program works like this;

The minute you submit a 90 day report online you get an email that says this

That means nothing 😮 other than you applied online to file a 90 day report

Then you wait for one of these emails

This will have the PDF file in it that you print out and put in your passport telling you when your next 90 day report is due

This means it was not approved and they'll usually have a reason in the email as to why

The "window of opportunity" to file a 90 day report online is from 2 weeks BEFORE the due date down until 1 week BEFORE the due date <- meaning you have a 1 week window online

In person the "window of opportunity" is from 2 weeks BEFORE the due date until 1 week AFTER the due date <- meaning you have a 3 week window to apply in person

Confirmation only, within 3-4 days as usual you receive the document, print it and keep in your passport.

Usually get the approval after about 4 days or so

It's only a confirmation of receipt, it's not an approval of your 90 days.
