I have my retirementy visa and have to "check in" at 90days which I understand I can do online, can anyone point me to the exact area on the immigration website to do this please. IF I have to visit immigration in person, what do I need to have with me? Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your first 90-day check-in on a retirement visa in Thailand, you generally need to visit immigration in person. After the initial check, subsequent reports can often be done online via the [immigration website](https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login). When visiting in person, it's recommended to bring your passport and possibly your lease agreement, especially if your TM30 (notification of residence) does not match the immigration district. Note that rules may vary by location, so it’s best to confirm with your local immigration office.

You can try online first and see if they will accept that. You have to do it from 14 days before through to 7 days before your due date. The first email they send is just a receipt so wait for the 2nd one which will accept or reject

From what I was told at CW by the I/O

1st time is in person

If Yuu dint depart Thailand for that 90 day period you can do it online

If you depart Thailand on your 1st 90 day report after being back it’s back to in person at CW

Others are saying you need to go in person to report your 1st time. That is not 100% accurate and depends on the office. Some, or at least Koh Samui, will accept the 1st report online.

You have to go to immigration to report for the first time, then after that you can do it online here:

1st is in person. Only need your passport if your current TM30 is from the same immigration district. Bring your lease agreement as a backup
