I'm coming up on my 90 days check in.

I'm a Remote Worker for a foreign company.

I prefer to do the 90 days check in without leaving Thailand.

Any recent successful stories?

What document do I need?

Please let me know if I'm missing anything:

Passport

National License

TM30 - 1 Year Condo

eVisa - DTV

Employment Verification

Employment Pay Stubs

>50K HYSA Monthly Statement

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing for their 90-day check-in in Thailand as a remote worker and prefers to complete the process without leaving the country. They inquire about necessary documentation, listing several items such as a passport, national license, TM30 form, eVisa, employment verification, and bank statements. Comments from other users clarify that only a passport, TM30, and a filled TM47 form are necessary, and emphasize that the 90-day report must be done in person. They also note that the first report requires in-person submission while subsequent reports can be filed online.

Your statement doesn't make sense. You only file a 90 day report for every 90 days that you have been in Thailand consecutively. If you leave the country before the next 90 day report is due, then you wouldn't file one from outside the country, which you mentioned as an option, as you haven't stayed 90 days consecutively since your last report.

correct and tm47 is only for long term visas. The first 90 report needs to be done in person ( correct me if it has changed), register after that and report online free of charge. I just did my last three reports tm47 online and all were approved within two hours and a copy is emailed, you are required to print a copy and keep with your passport. I have never been asked for my passport unless we are travelling and checking into a hotel.

You can only do the 90 day in Thailand it’s the simplest thing you can do at an immigration office, bring your passport, your TM30 and fill out the tm47 form

My first 90 day report on the DTV.

TM 47 and passport and 2 minutes in the drive thru.

You are confusing a 90 day report with an in country 180 day extension.

I appreciate the observation, I think you're right. I may have been over prepared for my Check In. I think I need these documents for Visa Extension and only TM47 and printed Passport Bio plus Passport Stamp in for Check In.

Depends on the office you use but you shouldn’t need most of that. You may need the TM30, a filled out TM47 form a copy of your passport photo page and entry stamp and a print of your visa.
