My daughter's 90 day notification is due next week so I've just tried to use the online system.
I have received an email stating "we have received your information below" with the details I entered and a computer generated TM47.
Is this an approval or do I need to wait for another email? If I do, how long does that normally take to come through please?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you receive the email stating "we have received your information," it means your application for the 90-day report has been submitted but is not yet approved. You will need to wait for a follow-up email that will indicate either an approval or a rejection of your application. These subsequent emails are usually sent within 1-3 days but can vary. If not approved by the due date, you must file the report in person within 7 days to avoid a fine.
used to be hrs in the case CW now it tends to resolve around 1-3 days

Note: you only have a window of 14 - 7 days before to file on line. ( 1st report is in person )

Or you can do it for her in person..

Is this her first report since entering the country? If so then she has to do it in person at the IO.

If it is rejected the first time, try filing it a second time before going to the office as it is often accepted the second time, in my personal experience.

The way the online 90 day report system works is
You APPLY to file a 90 day report online and as soon as you submit the application it sends you an email with a partially filled out TM47 <- application for 90 day report that is headered like this
This means it was not approved and they'll usually have a reason in the email as to why
So in your case you just wait it out and see if it's approved or rejected. .
Remember though just because you applied to file a report online, if it's not approved or rejected before the due date you still have to GO and file one within 7 days after the due date or you will get a 2000baht fine for late filing.
