I live with my wife in her house and am doing my marriage visa (400k) every 3 month as I should.
I'm in doubt about the tm30 registration when we don't leave our provins and sleep in the house every night do we need to do anything regarding tm30?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 registration is required by law for foreign residents in Thailand. If you are living full-time with your wife in her house and have already received your visa extension using that address, you likely have already filed a TM30. You typically do not need to re-file it unless there are changes in your residence. It’s recommended to consult with your wife to ensure that the necessary documentation (chanote, blue house book, and her ID) was provided during the initial filing.

IF you already got a year extension with your wife using that address it would appear that you DID already file a TM30. You only file them once for your primary address, so no need to re-file anything (especially seeing as they let you do a 90 day report using that address, it means you're registered there already).
So you're good (y)

you and your wife will go to the immigration office with the chanote (title deed) the blue house book (with her listing in it) and her thai i/d.
She can file a TM30 on you with that documentation.
You NEED to have a TM30 filed on you no matter where you stay in thailand.

I have slept at home (this home) every night for 3-4 years - isn't a TM30 for people that move around between places when they sleep?
, a TM30 is for ANY foreigner in thailand and needs to be filed by you or the land lord.
The only up side is if you stay at the same place you only file a TM30 once.
As I said, IF you've managed to get a year extension AND to do your 90 day reports I believe you're fine and a TM30 is/was already filed. Most offices won't give yearly extensions without the receipt or proof you've filed one
