TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is required for marriage visa applications in Thailand and must be submitted by the property owner of your residence, typically within 24 hours of arrival. To obtain it, you can ask the owner to file it with immigration and provide you with a copy. Alternatively, you can visit the immigration office with your wife, who can assist you in the process.

Who owns where your staying must lodge it with immigration and should within 24 hours of your arrival. You get them to supply you a copy of it
