Hi Everyone ,

This may be a silly question so please excuse me .

I'm planning on going to visit my Thai wife and stay at her family home for a couple of months and was wondering if I need to complete the TM30 form? If so do I just go to the local immigration office the day after I arrive ?

I'm aware I can do it online if required but would rather just visit immigration office as it's very close.

I don't remember if I had to fill one in last time , but I've been through a traumatic time and may have forgotten.

Apologies if it's a silly question.

Thanks for any help gang.

Yes you or the person whose property you stay on needs to file a TM30, just go do it within a few days of you getting to your wife's family home
