TLDR : Answer Summary
Resort owners are facing challenges registering the TM30 for guests due to ongoing issues with the online system. Users have reported difficulties logging in and saving data, with some overcoming the problems by using the mobile app instead. There are suggestions to visit immigration for assistance, and the community is sharing tips on using the online portal effectively.

I personally can’t log in even though I have un installed and then put it back on so it appears to be a bit hit and miss as some people can do it and others not, I think a trip to immigration is needed to sort it out

Edward Jarvis seems the mobile app will work on android but i have had people tell me they can't log in on iPhone, and the web-portal still will not let you click the "save data" icon :/

Used the online portal, via chrome browser and on a phone, last week, first to register an account for my girlfriend's home, then to add me as staying, once the username was given.

Nb, Needed to disable auto-translate and we found it best to convert documents to pdf, then we were able to submit multiple pages and keep below the file size limit. From memory, l think it's very small only 1mb

Thanks for the info but just tried to login again, still will not allow

Looks like the online web-portal will not let you save data when you click the floppy disc icon BUT it appears the mobile app (at least for android (Section 38) is back up and running now
