I am going to rent a condo, however condo owner is not aware of the TM30. Can I do the TM30 online? Or can I complete it when I go to the Muang Thong Thani immigration to extend my visa? I am also confused about TM30 now. Appreciate your advice.

I am expecting to get the 60 day covid19 extension.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 registration cannot be completed online as the online system is currently down. It is advisable to visit the Muang Thong Thani immigration office to file a TM30 through a process referred to as a 'self file'. This should be done in person when you go to extend your visa.

Can you do it online? No, at this time the online system is down.

You go to MTT and do what's called a "self file" and you do it exactly like I outline in this post from a few years ago.

Hi Tod. Question, does the "self file" apply at MTT too or only in Cheangwattana? What if the landlord also doesn't want to provide his/her documents? What can we do in this case?

@Anne ******
MTT is the TM30 people from Chaengwattana. They moved it out there back in July of last year

I didn't need any document from the landlord but I needed the rental agreement so I guess that you would need the same. Never mention landlord's name anywhere on the TM30, only your details. You can refer the link given by

on the initial reply for my post. Filing TM30 has moved to MTT from CW a while ago. It was easy process as per my recent experience✌️

so when I go to MTT for a covid19 extension, do I have to fill this out again at the Immigration itself? (irrespective of that my landlord has already filed the TM30 or not?)

Nope,
@Dhan*****
if the land lord filed for you, then you get the receipt they got (which is YOURS) and put it in your passport.

So no you don't need to do it again
