Planning to go again this week for another extension.
3 questions:
- which location do I go to apply?
- which docs to bring?
- I read on other post that some are able to get a year extension instead of 2 months? Is that correct and what are the conditions?
Thanks a lot for all your support!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Belgian expat in Bangkok is seeking guidance on extending their expired non O marriage visa. They are inquiring about the application location, necessary documentation, and the possibility of obtaining a one-year extension instead of the usual two months. A community member explains that typically, one can only receive a single 60-day family extension, unless specific conditions are met, such as presenting proof of financial means for a one-year extension.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES

you can only get ONE 60 day visit family extension
SO If you got one issued already you're not gonna get that again.
You either get a letter from your embassy stating you can't travel and apply for the 30 day embassy request extension
OR
IF you haven't gotten the 60 day visit family extension you can get that without proof of funds
OR
You meet the financial requirements of 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply for the year extension.
If you are thinking of getting the year extension GO to your immigration office with your thai wife and get the hand out that lists the requirements. There are 70 offices in the country and they don't all accept the same documentation.
Belgium embassy doesn't issue these letters, they write it on their website ( you still can explain them your situation and see what they say, but I wouldn't count on it) , so I guess the only option you have is to go for the yearly extension like Tod said.
