I am currently on a 60 day extension of my 3 month non o marriage visa. I heard some rumors that it’s possible to extend this one for a year at the local immigration? Anyone has some experience or tips regarding this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the possibility of extending a 3-month Non-O marriage visa for an additional year after already obtaining a 60-day extension. Responses highlighted that it is indeed possible to apply for a 1-year Extension of Stay based on marriage to a Thai national, provided certain requirements are met. However, one commenter warned that after a 60-day extension, the user may not be eligible to apply for the annual extension if they no longer hold the initial visa.

Yes for 1 year and I know out of experience. My affidavit was incorrect, got 60 days, applied for new affidavit got this in 3 weeks went back and got 1 year Extension of Stay. You can only get the 60 days Extension of Stay based on visiting family once on an entry, you can not apply again and again for it.
He can apply for a new Extension of Stay before this ones ends.

Yes, you can apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on being married to a Thai National. There are a few requirements you have to meet, I would say drop by your Immigration Office and ask the hand out with requirements, copy them all and apply.
