Hi all. I entered the country on 2nd oct on a Non O more than 60 day visa(family visa) single entry from the London embassy . I have the 400.000 in the bank for over 2 months, and was going to get a multi entry marriage visa in late December. But due too unforeseen circumstances at home i am probably going to have to go back soon, and dont want too go through that process again. My question sorry long winded how early can i get the 1 year extension marriage visa? And what paperwork do i need too take to immigration? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about how early they can apply for a one-year extension of a marriage visa, given their current Non-O family visa expiring on December 30. Responses indicate that the application can typically be made between 30 to 45 days before the visa expires, depending on the immigration office. It's advised to visit the local immigration office to gather information on required documentation.

Unfortunately while you can apply for the yearly extension because marriage extensions go under consideration for 30 days before you go back to get the extension inked in I don't think you're gonna be able to pull it off this trip :/

I see a visit to the local immigration office to get the hand out AND to see if there's any way to actually get the year extension in your time frame.

When I had my month consideration period I went out of the country on a single re-entry permit, just make sure you’re back at the date immigration tells you to be back

Did you mean a 90 day Non O as your original visa ? How long is your current permission to stay?

they have a 90 day Non-O they got from the UK consulate, that "more than 60 days" is the choice you pick for the online program so it will let you select the Non-O visa choice

At most immigration offices you can apply for a yearly extension based on marriage when you have 30 days or less left on your current 90 day entry stamp. (Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Buriram and Phuket all allow you to do it when you have 45 days or less left on the stamp).

With almost 70 immigration offices in the country, you're gonna hafta go to your immigration office with your wife and get the hand out listing the required documentation, bank letter, photos etc
