TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if they can request a 60-day extension on their non-immigrant visa in Chiang Mai based on family after their marriage visa expires, and subsequently extend for one year based on marriage. The community responses indicate that it is generally permissible to apply for a 60-day family-based extension if the user has not already utilized their allowance for it, as per Thai immigration law.

as long as you haven't take the ONE 60 day visit thai family extension you're allowed per entry they should allow you to do it.

It is clause 2.24 in the police order
