TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about obtaining a one-year extension for their Non-O visa based on marriage after completing quarantine. The responses confirm that it's possible to get a one-year extension and advise bringing the Thai spouse to immigration with the necessary documentation. Additionally, it's mentioned that the required funds should be in the bank account for at least two months prior to application.

Yes...when you finish ASQ take your Thai wife with you to your local Thai Immigration office and ask for their list of requirements to obtain the one year extension of stay Married.

Can we also add the requirement for landlords ID and housebook copy and lease agreement to this list of requirements. I'd also note that depending on his wife's arrival, she will have to quarantine for two weeks also thus cropping the timeline even more.
You are now stamped in for 90 days. And when your Thai wife returns in October ...you can apply for a 60 days Family visit extension.
Make sure your 400,000 Thai baht is in your Thai bank account in your name only TWO MONTHS BEFORE you apply for the one year extension of stay.
Timing is key to this...
Be careful with your timeline to accomplish this.
NOTE THE UPDATE I MADE..
As you entered Thailand on a Non O Married...for 90 days...
YOU DO NOT NEED TO SHOW THE 400,000 as an International transfer...just make sure the funds are in your sole named Thai bank account TWO months BEFORE you make application for the one year extension of stay.
