Does anyone have the experience of converting the Tourist Visa to Guardian Visa- Non Immigrant O ?
How much does it cost?
And which is the best agency to do it?
Please help me and recommend.
Thanks 😊

TLDR : Answer Summary
Converting a Tourist Visa to a Guardian Visa (Non-Immigrant O) in Thailand may not be permitted while in the country, as some users have suggested. It's important to gather required documents, which include a Thai birth certificate proving parental relation and the other parent's Thai ID card, alongside having a minimum of 400,000 THB in a Thai bank account for at least two months before applying. Costs for the process can vary, with indications that extensions might require 1,900 THB, while the visa itself could cost around 2,000 THB. Experiences with agencies, such as the Thai Visa Centre, vary and personal handling is suggested to avoid high agency fees.
Kool *******
The cost is bt1900, and you need the Thai birth certificate showing you are a parent, a copy of the Thai ID card of the other parent, bt400,000 in a Thai bank account in your name for at least two months before you apply, or bt40,000 direct deposit into your Thai bank account from overseas for the last 12 months, and everything else that would apply for a marriage extension. It is just the birth certificate that substitutes for the marriage certificates. Everything else is the same, and the child must be living with you, and under 20 years old.
