TLDR : Answer Summary
The user wants to extend their Non-Immigrant O visa, which is set to expire in a few days, by ten days due to family commitments. They learn from commenters that a 10-day extension is not available; however, they can apply for a 60-day extension for visiting Thai family, provided they haven't already used that option during their current entry. This extension would need to be applied for at the local Thai immigration office, with a fee of 1900 Thai baht.

a 10 day Extension of Stay does not exist.

I have no idea on what reason the Non Immigrant O visa is issued, but if you have Thai family you may apply for the 60 days Extension of Stay to visit your Thai family otherwise it will be the 1 year Extension of Stay.
