I'm preparing my documents to apply for the 1-year extension of a non-imm O visa based on marriage to a Thai. I'm confused by the last item on their list, which seems to imply that I need to bring two witnesses when I submit my application, as per the image below. This will be my first time applying for the extension.
I've never heard of this requirement, and I've just moved to a new part of Thailand and have no idea who I might ask here. Can anyone elaborate on this?
Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Many expats have encountered the requirement of bringing two witnesses when applying for the one-year extension of a non-immigrant O visa based on marriage to a Thai national. While this is not universally enforced, it appears that specific immigration offices may request it, requiring the witnesses to present their Thai ID and house book documentation. It's recommended to check directly with the local immigration office to confirm specific requirements and procedures, especially after moving to a new location.
Some offices will require you to bring 2 witnesses along, they must bring their Thai ID cards and their blue house books plus photocopies which they will be required to sign. They also must reside in the province where you are doing your visa/ extension hence the blue house book. They will probably also be interviewed by the immigration officer as well. This is all fairly normal procedure.
Not uncommon for some offices to ask for witnesses, and you need copies of their thai i/d and their house book listings
Dunno what you can do if you don't know any thaiz where you live. GO to your immigration office and ask them
You already filed a change of address (TM28) if it was required right and had you or the land lord file a TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) so you're registered as staying in a place served by that office right?
