Does anybody know the cost from an agent who deals with the paperwork ect on your behalf for the " retirement visa ( over 50 )" ?.
I would prefer to pay a trusted agent as I have enough paperwork / relocation ect .
Only people who have had this experience with an agent please respond 🙏 I don't wish people to comment " it's easy, don't be lazy " ?! .
Many thanks 😊
Answer summary
The cost of hiring an agent to handle paperwork for a retirement visa in Thailand varies based on several factors. Based on community feedback, prices range from around 12,000 Baht for those with a Thai bank account and the necessary funds, to as much as 46,000 Baht for initial applications without funds. Average costs mentioned include 25,500 to 30,000 Baht for first-time applicants. The experiences suggest hiring a trusted agent like Thai Visa Center is recommended, especially for those who require assistance with navigating the visa process.

Where are you. Independant agents operate everywhere.
I am currently doing it, I was quoted 28,500 for 12 month extension with multiple entries. It is less if you have the 800,000. I already have a Thai bank account. I am already have the 90 day none O. This is in Hua Hin.
for subsequent extension (no conversion to non O) without reentry permit. Have they increased their prices. I switched to DTV for the last two years, so I do not know the current rate.
